Prior to his current role in Fairview, he held executive economic development positions in the Texas cities of Levelland, Bastrop, and Frisco. Dave has also served as chairman of the statewide economic development marketing association Team Texas, board member for the Texas Economic Development Council, and chairman of the regional economic development marketing coalition High Ground of Texas.
